Just happened to go into this restaurant for a caprese salad. After asking about the possible gluten content of one of the appetizer dishes, the waiter told me that they had gluten free pasta I could switch out for any of the pasta dishes!!! AND that they would do any dish gluten free for me if possible. So I had pasta in a restaurant (which is RARE) and they made their zucchini appetizer without the dusting of flour. It was fabulous. I would highly recommend. :)
